Delivery Zone

Our delivery radius is 12 miles from our store. Please check the map below to ensure that your delivery address falls within this area. Note that we do not deliver past Newtownards towards the Mount Stewart.

We accept orders for delivery Monday – Saturday between the hours of 9am and 6.30pm. We do not deliver nationwide or offer courier shipping for our flowers, these are all hand delivered by our own drivers. We do not deliver on Sunday's.

Same Day Delivery: We need to receive all orders by 11am for same day delivery (please note delivery for same day is up to 6pm). 

Unfortunately we aren’t able to guarantee an exact hourly slot but we’ll try and get to you as early as we can as each of our floral creations are made to order.


Plants & Large Pots

If you live within a 12 mile radius of our store we will hand deliver your order to you within 5/7 days of your order being confirmed. If you require this on a specific date, then please get in touch with our team directly


If you choose to ship via courier, we will arrange a 3rd party courier to deliver your order, our courier partner is DPD and we ship all over Northern Ireland (£6) and ROI (£8). Choose the DPD Courier option at checkout. Please note that we only dispatch via courier Tuesday to Thursday to ensure that your order does not sit with the courier company over the weekend. Any orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will be dispatched the following Tuesday, delivery is normally next day but at peak times we advise a 3/5 day lead time.

  • PLEASE READ: Diary now closed 19th December to 4th January
    From 18th December, we've now closed our diary to new orders between 19th December and 4th January. Our store will be restocked each day with a fresh selection of Bouquets, Posies, Arrangements and festive treats. We recommend calling our team on the day you require flowers and we can arrange to set a design to one side for you, this can only be done on the day from the stock we have in store. You cannot pre-order. Any orders for flowers placed on our website on or after the 18th December with a requested delivery or collection date between 19th December and 4th January will be automatically refunded minus our banks processing fee.
  • What are your Christmas opening hours?
    Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd - We're open later from 9am to 6.30pm Christmas Eve (24th Dec) - 9am to 3pm 25th to 27th December - Our store is closed 28th to 31st December - Our store is open 10am to 4pm daily Please note, we will not be operating a delivery service nor will we be taking any flower orders for 28th to 31st December. Fresh flowers arrive with us on 29th December and our florists will restock our store daily. All arrangements will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
  • Can I still order Plants & Giftware
    Yes! You can still order plants and giftware on our website for delivery or collection, please note that in the rare event that your plant is not available next week, we may call you to offer a substituion or confirm a date it will be back in stock
  • I've already placed an order, can I request a delivery time?"
    We don't offer a timed delivery service. Our flowers are delviered each day between 9am and 6.30pm, at peak times when orders for delivery are extremely busy, our delivery service may run slightly later then our opening times. We ask that you don't call, email or message on social media to check on your delviery status as this only adds to our teams already busy workload. All orders are delviered on the date confirmed and if you provided an email address will will send you email confirmation when delivered.
  • COVID-19 Delivery Information
    I’d like to order flowers or a gift for delivery, what information do I need to provide? We ask that you provide as much information as possible about the recipient we are delivering to. If you have it, please provide a contact number so we can call the recipient when we arrive at the property to notify them we have arrived. What if the person I am sending flowers to isn’t at home when you deliver? We have adapted a strict no contact delivery approach for all our orders, therefore when we deliver your order we will knock on the recipients door and leave the order on their doorstep for them to retrieve. Obviously if there are poor weather conditions (lets face it, our weather is quite temperamental) we will take extra precautions to protect your order by covering it with a waterproof covering. Our drivers use their initiative depending on the property they are delivering to. If there is a safe space on the property we will leave the order there and pop a note through the letterbox however if the residence is a street address with no safe space we will not leave the delivery to avoid situations such as theft. We will return it to our store and request the recipient get in touch with us to arrange another re-delivery. In normal circumstances we would have a re-delivery charge, however this will only apply to deliveries that are greater then 6 miles from our store and the charge will vary from £3.50 to £5 to cover fuel and driver salary. If we have had to return the order to our store and we do not hear from the recipient within 24 hours we will contact you directly on the number provided at the time of order to discuss next steps How will I know that my order has been delivered? When our delivery driver has returned to our store and confirmed successfully delivery we will send you a notification via email as long as an email address has been provided at time of ordering. Please note that we are currently delivering between the hours of 9am and 6pm and are unable to offer specific delivery times due to an increase in demend for deliveries. Are you still offering store collection? Yes, you can order online for click and collect, our store is now reopen to the public again. We have a click and collect space outside the store if you prefer not to come in, you'll notice a doorbell to the right hand side of the door when you arrive, press it to get the teams attention. Can you deliver to Business addresses and Hospital? At present we unfortunately cannot deliver to any medical or hospital facility. This is due to strict procedures these premises have in place to protect staff and patients. We can deliver to a business address, however we can only deliver to the reception desk and cannot proceed further into a building. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the business is open. If we arrive and its closed the order will be returned to our store and you will be liable for another delivery charge. If you have a question about non contact delivery or would like to request any further information you can email us on or call us 02895430330 between 9am and 5.30pm Please note that we are unable to accept any liability for orders which have been delivered and safely left on a property which have not been retrieved by the recipient.
  • COVID-19 Click & Collect
    Commencing Tuesday 5th May we will be offering a strict non contact Click and Collect service. This service is only available for preorders which are made online or via telephone Collections are available from our store between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and each customer will be allocated a 15 minute slot. Please note that our slots are allocated based on a first come first serve basis. If placing your order via Telephone you will be allocated a collection slot at the time of order If placing your order online, we will contact you on the number provided to schedule a collection slot. We are offering isolated collection slots daily to avoid congestion ourside our store and for your safety and protection you should only arrive during your allocated time slot. We kindly ask that only 1 person arrives to pick up your order. During collection when you arrive, please knock the front door to get the attention of our team, step back behind the black table and our team will come out with your order for you. For the safety and protection of our team and to ensure we have an efficent service for all our customers our staff will be unable to provide plant care advice, this is available on our website. If you are unable to make your allocated slot or turn up late we reserve the right to reschedule your collection to the next available slot which may not be on the same day.
  • What is the cut off time if I want to order flowers for same day delivery?
    Yes, for same day delivery orders need to be made by 2pm that day. Same day web orders received after 2pm will be delivered the next day.
  • What happens if nobody is at home when you deliver?
    When placing your order, you can use the note section to tell us of a convenient time to deliver your order. However, if not one is at home, we will pop a card through the letter box to let you know if we left your flowers with a neighbour or somewhere safe on the property. If there is nowhere safe to leave your flowers we will take them back for store collection or can be redelivered or redirected at an additional delivery charge.
  • What are your delivery charges?

  • I want to order flowers on your website to be delivered on a specific date, how do I let you know what date?"
    At checkout on the last page before order confirmation, there is a note section where you can tell us about any special delivery requests you may have.
  • Will I receive a delivery notification?
    If you have placed your order via our website, then yes, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been delivered. If ordering over the phone or in person in-store, you will need to provide us with your email address to recieve a delivery notification.
  • Do you have a returns policy?
    We offer a 10 day guarantee on our plants, once they have been in your care beyond this it is your responsibility to maintain them, as we only provide healthy and happy plants and cannot be responsible for neglect.
  • Help, I need plant care advice?"
    We will always be here to offer you advice, and ensure you have everything you need after purchase to care for your plants. Each plant we sell online has individual care instructions on the product page. If purchasing in store we will always provide care advice at point of sale. Feel free to get in touch with us via Facebook/Instagram/Email if you need any care advice.
  • I am looking a particular plant, do you offer a sourcing service?"
    Yes, if we don't have the plant you are looking stocked in store, we will always do our very best to source the plant you are after, drop us an email to Please note, a small deposit will be required once we have confirmed that we can supply your plant
  • I've got some favourite pottery at home, can I bring them to you to plant in?"
    Of course you can, any of our customers are welcome to bring their own pottery into us and we will plant out your chosen plants. Where possible we will try to do this whilst you wait and only if we have the plants available in store, otherwise a 72 hour turnaround time will apply. Please note, we will apply a small handling charge.
